Reprocessing of inert waste into recycled aggregates for use in construction projects.
This type of aggregates are collected from the process of reprocessing materials that have previously been used or created in construction works and projects. Two main methods of gathering aggregates for recycling are; at the site of the source (with benefits of this including saving on transport costs and the environmental benefits of reducing lorry movements), as well as gathering the aggregates in a central plant.
