Burlington Aggregates combines the aggregate processing and logistics expertise of Neil Price Construction Services and the sand, limestone and slate quarries of Burlington Slate Ltd, to enable the cost-effective and efficient manufacture and distribution of British decorative and construction aggregates both locally and nationally.
Based in Barrow in Furness in Cumbria, operating from modern, purpose-built premises that also serve as the base for the haulage and plant fleets and is where all company maintenance functions are carried out. Additionally, the site is used for in-house aggregate grading, concrete block sampling and crush testing, as well as management and invoicing activities. The company also operate 3 distribution hubs at Kirkby-in-Furness, Elterwater and Goldmire, all based in Cumbria.

The slate from Kirkby and Elterwater have formed some 420 million years ago, with the limestone from Goldmire some 330 million years ago.
